WEIGHT TRAINING

Well its that time.  We recorded our first weight training schedule and sent it out to the Varsity players registered.  Please remember that you must have been Homeschooled for the previous 365 days in order to be eligible according to MSHSAA rules.  If you are a senior, you cannot turn nineteen before 7-1-2014.  

Weight lifting charts must be turned in by email on Fridays, or every other Friday is sufficient. 

Call any Coach with questions on technique, max, etc.  

WORK HARD!!
